#TORREDELMAR / It was a pleasure to represent, as Vice President, the Mancomunidad de Municipios de la Costa del Sol Occidental at Antonio Lรณpez Rosique Square on the Torre del Mar promenade during the award ceremony for the second semifinal of the XI Costa del Sol Espetos Contest.
A Saturday afternoon and evening spent enjoying a large popular espetada by the sea, an initiative of the Costa del Sol Business Circle, in collaboration with the Vรฉlez Mรกlaga City Council. This contest has a clear goal: to defend and promote the espeto as a symbol of identity of Mรกlagaโs gastronomy, while continuing to consolidate this gastronomic event as a driver of national and international tourism in the province of Mรกlaga.
The grand final of the XI Costa del Sol Espetos Contest 2025 will take place in Torremolinos on Saturday, August 2nd.
It is also worth noting that both semifinals and the grand final will have a charitable purpose, with a portion of the proceeds donated to the Red Cross and the social dining rooms of Emaรบs.
